Rental Rates

$100.00 per week rental after Sept. 15, 2011
| To Arrange A Rental |
| Decide on date and time for pick-up (& return) or delivery
(& pick-up). |
| If you would like to stay at one the many
campgrounds located on Cape Cod, check out our Campground
Directory. |
| Call, mail, or come in with your deposit: $100.00 for Fold-Downs,
$200.00 for the Self Contained Trailer units. |
| Six weeks prior to pick-up or delivery, make payment in full.
Security deposit will be collected at start of
rental of $300 for Fold-Downs and $500.00 for Self
Contained Units. (Security
Deposit refunded 5 days after unit is returned if no repairs or
cleaning were required.) Note:
Six week cancellation notice
required or all payments are forfeited. |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX,
Discover, Money Orders, Traveler's
Checks, Personal Check and Cash. |
| You must provide all personal items needed for unit.
(dishes, pans, sheets, pillows...) |
| Allow 45 minutes to learn how the unit works. |
| The Small Print |
| No mileage charges. |
| Basic insurance included. |
| The customer is responsible for damage up to $1,000.00 on
TrailManor and $500.00 for Fold-Downs. |
| The customer is responsible for
cleaning the unit before it is returned; if not, a $ 84.00 cleaning fee will
be deducted from the security deposit. |
| **We will also deliver and pick up any of our
Fold-Down units for $89.00 ($100 for off Cape and Lower Cape deliveries.) |
| Refill used propane tank yourself or have us add it to your
rental fees. |
| All costs subject to
6.25% MA sales tax. |
